What will you be doing?
You will look after key operational client groups both in and outside of the UK. You will handle a broad range of generalist requirements for your client groups both pro-actively and responsively.
There is a strong operational focus with this role so you need to be comfortable delivering tactical HR work and building those important stake holder relationships. You will get to develop your wider experience on HR projects which can be very interesting and varied and may well have a wider impact across Europe.
Who are we looking for?
Ideally you will be a CIPD graduate with experience of working in a fast-moving, matrix structured organisation. You will need to be digitally savvy and forward thinking. Ideally you will have had exposure to working with international client groups where you have had to provide remote support, but this is not essential as this could be your first taste of working in a truly international basis, but you must be used to working with culturally diverse groups.
You will have sound generalist HR experience, you will have managed and mentored a developing HR team and above all you will be proactive in your approach to supporting your client base.
