We are now set for growth and looking for an ambitious, creative and commercially focused sales professional who can open doors to new clients.
Working with the CEO and MD, you will identify key targets and put in place an annual sales plan that offers the perfect balance of realism and ambition. We already have a strong brand and great websites so you will initially be measured on your ability to get in front of key decision makers. We’d expect you to be travelling extensively – not least as your remit is the whole of the UK.
Your contribution is all about growing the profitability (not simply revenue) of the business. That means developing a sales strategy that’s based on quality, service and innovation. That requires consultative and facilitation skills - rather than a reliance on features and benefits selling.
Be clear – this is not an account management role. Our delivery team are experts in that. Rather your job is to bring in new clients who are looking for a refreshingly different and increasingly digital solution to their people issues. Once a new client is safely onboarded you’ll be straight back in the market looking for the next opportunity.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven new business track record selling to the HR community. Critically that will include strong proposal writing skills, a flair for presentations and the commercial judgement essential to ensuring our focus is always on winning profitable business, not just increasing revenue.

This is a part time role, 20 hours per week, and we will expect you to be flexible with your time. It will be important that you can respond to meeting requests, pitches and bids whenever they arise.
